ARCH PRESS – GUIDED RAM

Operations:
Controlled by a Telemecanic PLC (TSX57 unity) and MAGELIS XBTG display (tactile screen), make easy and effective the use of this line. This 1000 T arch press manufactures tubes using a multi-steps tool. A simple effect main cylinder provide the maximum force and 2 double effects cylinders allow the high speed movement of the ram. During the high speed movement, the main cylinder is connected to the oil tank by a filling-in valve set directly on its bottom. 4 horizontals double acting cylinders allow laterals movements into the tool necessary to the process.
